Your Title Justin - FEB 27, 2012
I bought one and I love it. The only think I would change is the length, I have other machettes that are longer which allows me to hack away at further brush, other then that it is amazingly durable and useful.

This is the finest blade ever:)

Mr. Eh - FEB 13, 2012
It coulb be a lttle heavier, and a tad thicker. If you doun't swing at branch or sapling it glances off. I like the design of the sheath, but a couple more attaching points woulod have been nice. It seems to me that it would probably be better at cutting some meat and tissue

Seriosly???? Bear's Defender - FEB 11, 2012
Guys stop saying stuff like if you follow what Bear does you will end of dead... that's a no brainer because your not trained by british special forces.... Also about the whole drinking pee thing... well if you are smart enough to know how to get water out of pee then you could get a few days of hydration out of it..... It's not stupid it's smart.

I like the style but not the orange and the endorsement person. Anyone follows what he does, will surely end up dead!

Great weapon Zombie Hunter - JAN 19, 2012
Bear Grylls must have had an encounter with zombies on one of his adventures. This parang is perfect for chopping through zombie limbs, although it's not an ideal stabbing weapon.

crap Sikes - JAN 16, 2012

Undead Uuuuurggh... - JAN 5, 2012
I'd give this more than one star, but for the fact that it's endorsed by Bear Grylls. He seems like a lovely fella, but as disgusting as we can be, even zombies don't drink their own wee wee.

throttletony tony - DEC 8, 2011
Broke in the first 5 minutes - worked well on small branches, then broke when working a wrist-sized branch. Broke at bolt-hole in handle. Local store swapped it for a new one. Weight, size and design are great, I hope the second one is more sturdy.

It will completely cut their brain into pieces!

Zombie Zombie Matt - NOV 22, 2011
This machete variance is terrible for me. The Angled blade on it is perfect for slicing through my limbs and other body parts. Not to mention it is lightweight, so we can't even swarm properly.. From a Zombie, do not buy.

bg, gerber, and the walking dead didnt let me down michael - NOV 20, 2011
got this the other day for my birthday, its awesome. comfortable to swing, nice heft. i have some hand and wrist issues and the ergonomic handle makes gripping it less painful than most machetes. a little research about the parang style knife before you buy will keep you happy.

Great Tool Justin - OCT 28, 2011
I just got mine in yesterday, and this thing is awesome. Bought it for backwoods camping. Should it ever be needed to hack up zombies... it will lay waste to everything in its path. Only issue i have with it is the sheath, its nice but the only way to

Needs Work Matt - OCT 28, 2011
Not a bad tool for brush removal but make sure you oil it after hackin at some zombies.. the non coated surface will rust!

Daryl Dixon daryl dixion - OCT 27, 2011
I have no need for this item yet, unless the zombie apocalypse happens or just to hold while watching walking dead

BG!!! Yes Please Alex S - OCT 26, 2011
I'd buy just because it has the Bear Grylls name on it. But if it has the same grip that his survival knife has than that would be even better.

Not interested Dave - OCT 24, 2011
Bear Grylls!! Come on, he drinks his own urine for crying out loud.

Zombie Fisherman Mack Rhoades - OCT 24, 2011
I use a Gerber Parang style Machete for clearing brush like Devil's Walking Stick from my path when hunting and fishing.

BG? No thanks Katina - OCT 24, 2011
If a non-BG model was made I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Not that I have anything against the guy, I just don't want to end up using it on any of his fans when they geek out upon seeing my weapon. :\

MR. RH - OCT 22, 2011

Zombie Hunter Art - OCT 21, 2011
I prefer to use screw drivers to kill zombies by shoving it in their skulls ! I just use this as my back up!

Excellent for killing walkers Rick Grimes - OCT 19, 2011
I was looking for a friend's daughter when I stumbled upon what seemed to be an empty church. I walk in and I see 4 walkers sitting in the seats. I grabbed this here Parang and ran it right into some guy's head. IT WAS AWESOME! But I had to hold my compos

Bear Grylls? Duncan - OCT 18, 2011
If this had less the 'BG' seal of approval and more of a Walking Dead theme, I'd buy it right now.

Master Motorboater Indie - OCT 18, 2011
This machete makes me want to choreograph a machete dance in the style of 'Machetes' the National Mexican Dance traditionally performed by 6 men.
If only I was a professional choreographer. Oh, wait...I am!
